Your Gentle Kingdom ("we," "us," or "our") shares short devotional videos and content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.

Information we collect

We do not require visitors to create an account or log in to view our content. We collect information in two limited ways:

Public platform analytics. We use the YouTube Analytics API and Meta's Graph API, under our own developer credentials, to view aggregate performance metrics for our own published videos and posts — for example view counts, watch time, follower counts, and engagement rates. This data belongs to our own channel and pages; we do not access or collect information about individual viewers.
Voluntary contact information. If you choose to sign up for our free 7-day devotional, you'll be taken to our signup page hosted by Systeme.io, where we collect the email address you provide, solely to send you that content. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

How we use information

Aggregate analytics are used internally to understand which content resonates with our audience, so we can create more of what helps people. Email addresses collected through the devotional signup are used only to deliver the content requested and occasional related updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email we send.

Third-party services

Our content is hosted and distributed through YouTube (Google), Instagram, and Facebook (Meta). Our devotional signup is hosted by Systeme.io. Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data, which we encourage you to review directly with them.

Data retention and security

We retain aggregate analytics data for as long as needed to track performance over time. Any email addresses collected are stored securely and only for as long as needed to provide the requested content, or until you unsubscribe.

Children's privacy

Our content is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
